FAQ

Questions about sendVoyage.

Direct answers about itinerary import, evaluation accounts, branded proposal pages, pricing, and publishing.

Product and workflow

Can I import my current itinerary documents?

sendVoyage is designed to start from existing itinerary material such as PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, text files, and trip images. AI-assisted import helps organize the content, and you review the result before sharing it.

Does AI write everything for me?

No. AI helps identify and structure itinerary content, but professional review is part of the workflow. You stay responsible for correcting details before publishing.

Can I use my logo and colors?

Yes. Proposal pages are intended to be agency-branded by default, with your company identity and account-manager contact details visible to the traveler.

Can travelers view proposals on mobile?

Yes. The proposal output is a responsive web page designed to be easier to read on phones and tablets than a static document.

Can I still send a file when a client asks?

Yes. You can print or save the proposal from the browser when a client needs a file. The main experience is the live proposal page because it is easier to read and update.

Will converting my files be hard?

Start by uploading the itinerary material you already have. sendVoyage organizes the trip into a proposal page, then you review the result before using it with a client.

What if my PDF is scanned or poorly formatted?

Selectable-text PDFs, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and TXT files work best. Scanned or inconsistent material may need more manual review and cleanup before you share the proposal.

Will my proposal look like my agency?

Yes. You can add your logo, colors, public contact details, proposal style, images, pricing, and legal footer so the traveler sees your brand.

Do you supply images?

sendVoyage does not supply or license stock images. Your organization is responsible for media rights, permissions, and compliance with the Terms of Service.

Can I update a proposal after sending it?

Yes. You can revise the proposal in sendVoyage and publish an updated traveler page, which is one reason the live page is easier to manage than a static attachment.

Is this a booking system?

No. sendVoyage is for proposal and itinerary presentation, import, review, branding, publishing, and activity tracking. It does not replace booking, accounting, or reservations systems.

Evaluation

What do I get when I try it for free?

You can open an account without a payment method, import an itinerary you already have, review and edit the structured proposal, add branding, and preview the traveler-facing page. See pricing when you are ready for normal publishing and continued use.

Why view the live example?

The live example shows the kind of traveler-facing page your client would open: days, hotels, maps, pricing, practical information, and contact details in one readable proposal.

What happens when I subscribe?

Your evaluation work carries into the paid account, so the itinerary, edits, and branding you already prepared do not need to be recreated. See the plans for seats, capacity, and support options.

Pricing and accounts

Do I need a payment method to evaluate?

No. Evaluation does not require a payment method. A paid plan is required for normal traveler proposal publishing and ongoing commercial use.

Is it easy for non-technical users?

That is the goal. The workflow is import, review, edit, preview, and publish. You do not need to design pages from scratch or manage code.

Sharing, privacy, and setup

Do clients need to log in?

No. Published proposal and itinerary links are designed for traveler viewing without a client account. Your internal editing area remains separate.

Is traveler and client data private?

sendVoyage keeps proposal management inside your account and uses unlisted public links for published traveler pages. Avoid publishing sensitive private notes that are not meant for the traveler.

Can I use sendVoyage with my current tools?

Yes. Most teams use sendVoyage alongside their current booking, CRM, accounting, or reservation systems. It handles proposal presentation and sharing, not the whole back office.

What support is available during setup?

Setup support depends on the plan. The goal is to help you import a real itinerary, add your brand, and understand the publish workflow before using sendVoyage with clients.
