No payment method is required. Import, review, edit, brand, and preview one real itinerary; your work remains available if you upgrade. Evaluation output carries the sendVoyage Evaluation notice, and paid access is required for normal client publishing and additional itinerary creation.

All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Plans start at $29 per month. No commissions. No transaction fees. No per-view fees. Solo and Team include one managed brand; Agency supports multiple managed brands, per-trip brand selection, and the private Knowledge library.

Included in every paid plan
Included support, guided sendVoyage system onboarding, and agency or Knowledge setup guidance help you use the sendVoyage features available on your plan: importing your own itinerary material, configuring branding and workspace settings, and using publishing and Knowledge tools. You prepare, review, and approve your content.
System onboarding is a walkthrough of the sendVoyage interface, settings, and workflows so you can use the software yourself. It is not a separate consultancy or done-for-you service. Standard subscriptions do not include custom software development, done-for-you itinerary creation, manual content migration, travel planning, or professional consulting. Any work beyond product assistance requires a separate written scope and agreement.

Paid plans include branded proposal and confirmed-itinerary publishing, private traveler links, proposal status, activity, and follow-up guidance.
Media storage scales from 1 GB on Solo to 10 GB on Team, 50 GB on Agency, or custom capacity. Saved plan and media reuse is included.
Agency workspaces can use approved historical itinerary material as private references when preparing new trips.
Solo includes 1 seat, Team includes 5 seats, and Agency includes 15 seats.
