- Confirm that the proposal is published and copy the traveler link you shared with the client.
- Review proposal activity to see whether the traveler has opened the current published page.
- Send a concise follow-up that names the proposal, asks for a decision or questions, and gives a clear next step.
- If you update price, dates, inclusions, or itinerary content, publish the revision before asking the traveler to review it again.
- Record the client response in your normal sales or CRM process, then update the proposal status when your team is ready.

- Activity indicates that the published page was opened; it does not confirm that the traveler accepted every detail.
- Avoid sending a stale draft link. Always recheck the published traveler page after a material update.
