Follow-up

Follow up after sharing a proposal

Use proposal activity and a clear client follow-up to keep shared travel plans moving.

Steps

  1. Confirm that the proposal is published and copy the traveler link you shared with the client.
  2. Review proposal activity to see whether the traveler has opened the current published page.
  3. Send a concise follow-up that names the proposal, asks for a decision or questions, and gives a clear next step.
  4. If you update price, dates, inclusions, or itinerary content, publish the revision before asking the traveler to review it again.
  5. Record the client response in your normal sales or CRM process, then update the proposal status when your team is ready.

Notes

  • Activity indicates that the published page was opened; it does not confirm that the traveler accepted every detail.
  • Avoid sending a stale draft link. Always recheck the published traveler page after a material update.
