Steps
- Open "Dashboard" from the left sidebar to view top-level workspace activity, including total trips and open proposal value.
- Review the "Attention needed" section for open proposals that require follow-up due to recent traveler activity or lack of engagement.
- Check proposal activity metrics in the trip list to see total view counts, last viewed date/time, and whether the traveler viewed the proposal or itinerary layout.
- Use engagement summaries such as visible time, scroll depth, device mix, and important sections seen as context for follow-up.
- Add internal seller context notes to track client feedback, negotiation details, or scheduled call dates.
- Update trip status to "Sold" or "Lost" when client decisions are finalized so the workspace stays current.
Notes
- Activity tracking measures first-party engagement (link opens, page views, print actions, and coarse viewer-session summaries) without third-party invasive trackers.
- Some clients use privacy extensions that block web telemetry, so absence of views does not guarantee the proposal was unread.
- Proposal activity is an observed signal, not proof of buyer intent or traveler identity.
