Step-by-step flows
How map pins are created on day maps
- Numbered map pins on a day map come from schedule items (or location blocks) that have a filled "Location" field or structured map place.
- For example, Pin 5 on Day 18 represents the 5th location stop listed in Day 18's daily schedule or activity items.
How to remove a specific map pin (e.g., Pin 5 on Day 18)
- Click "Manage" under Schedule in the toolbar, or open the Day schedule section for Day 18.
- Find item number 5 (or the schedule row matching that pin).
- To completely remove the pin and item, click the red Trash icon on that schedule row.
- To keep the activity description but hide it from map pins, clear out the "Location" text field for that item.
- Click "Save this day's schedule" to update the map.
Notes
- To edit the overall multi-city journey route map instead of a single day's map, click the "Route" button in the top toolbar.
