Step-by-step flows
Single hotel stay vs. Compare hotels options
- Use "Hotels" (or a single Hotel block) when the traveler has one confirmed accommodation for that stay.
- Use "Compare hotels" (Option group) when offering multiple hotel choices (e.g. 4-star vs. 5-star option) for the traveler to choose between.
- Single stays display as confirmed accommodation cards, while hotel comparison blocks display side-by-side choices with price differences and recommendations.
How to add a hotel to an itinerary day
- Open your trip in the editor.
- To add a single stay, click "Add content" at the top or "Add block" inside the day.
- Select "Hotel" as the block type.
- Enter the hotel name, room type, nights, meal basis, location, and description.
- To offer multiple options, choose "Compare hotels" (Option Group) instead.
- Save the block and use the photo icon on the block bar to select hotel gallery images from the Media Library.
Reviewing and rerunning hotel content
- Click the "Hotels" button in the sticky toolbar at the top of the editor.
- Review hotel names, photos, room details, and any review warnings.
- Provide a source website URL if you want AI to rerun hotel descriptions or amenity suggestions.
- Use approved records from the Hotel Library when your workspace has already reviewed a hotel you use often.
Notes
- You can edit or remove any hotel block directly from the itinerary day using the block action icons (Pencil to edit source, Photo for media, Trash to delete).
- Trip block images come from your Media Library. Fetched hotel website images are reviewed as hotel image candidates on the saved hotel record.
