Settings

Adds a new content block inside an itinerary day.

Opens the AI copy assistant for traveler-facing wording.

History

Shows saved draft revisions and restore options.

Edits proposal price, validity, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, and disclaimer.

Edits the main trip route map and route stops.

Reviews generated hotel descriptions and hotel enrichment content.

Adds or manages traveler-accessible documents and vouchers.

Opens the draft traveler preview in a new tab.

Opens the uploaded source PDF when one exists.

Updates what the traveler sees after review.

Step-by-step flows

Use the top buttons

  1. Open a trip.
  2. Look at the row of buttons at the top of the editor.
  3. Click the button for the job you want to do.
  4. When a window opens, make your change, save it, and close the window.

What each button is for

  1. Click "Settings" to change trip name, traveler name, client, dates, language, colors, and cover images.
  2. Click "Add content" to add a new activity, hotel, transport item, note, or other block to a day.
  3. Click "Improve text" to ask AI to improve traveler-facing wording. Always review the result yourself.
  4. Click "History" to restore an older draft if a change went wrong.
  5. Click "Price" to change price, currency, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, and disclaimer.
  6. Click "Route" to change the main trip map.
  7. Click "Hotels" to check generated hotel text, hotel photos, and hotel warnings.
  8. Click "Documents" to add or manage traveler files and vouchers.
  9. Click "Preview" to look at the traveler page before sending it.
  10. Click "Original PDF" to open the uploaded PDF, if this trip came from a PDF.
  11. Click "Publish" when the proposal is checked and ready for the client.

Notes

  • Preview means look before sending. Publish means update what the traveler can see from the shared link.
  • If a toolbar button opens a modal, close it to return to the same editor page without losing your place.
