Step-by-step flows
When to use Update program
- Use it when the client or supplier sends a program change that affects the itinerary structure.
- Good examples include moving one destination before another, changing travel dates, replacing an activity, updating hotel nights, or changing routing logic.
- Use "Improve text" instead when you only want better wording and do not want dates, logistics, or itinerary structure changed.
Apply a program update
- Open the trip in the editor.
- Click "Update program" in the top toolbar.
- Paste the requested changes, or upload a readable PDF that describes the change.
- Write the request clearly, including exact dates, day numbers, hotel names, locations, and what should stay unchanged.
- Click "Update trip program" and wait for the update to finish.
- Read the success summary for changed days, moved days, date-only shifts, unchanged days, route warnings, and requests that need manual review.
Review before publishing
- Check every changed day in the editor.
- Confirm dates, locations, activities, hotels, transport, route map stops, pricing, and inclusions.
- Open History if you need to restore the draft to the point before the AI update.
- Preview the traveler page.
- Publish only after the revised program is correct.
Notes
- The tool saves a restore point before applying the AI update.
- AI can help apply a requested program change, but you remain responsible for checking client-facing facts before publishing.
- If the request is ambiguous, split it into smaller exact instructions or make the change manually.
