Editing trip itineraries & proposal content

Follow the exact trip editor steps to change a proposal, check it, and publish it for a traveler.

Step-by-step flows

Open the trip editor

  1. Click "Trips" in the left menu.
  2. Find the trip you want to change.
  3. Click "Edit" on that trip row.
  4. Wait for the trip editor page to load.

Change the basic trip details

  1. Click "Settings" at the top of the editor.
  2. Change the trip title, traveler name, client, start date, end date, language, or cover media.
  3. Click "Save basics".
  4. Close the settings window.

Edit words on the proposal

  1. Scroll to the part of the proposal you want to change.
  2. Click the text block in the preview area.
  3. Type the corrected text in the editor that appears.
  4. Click the save button for that block.

Add content to a day

  1. Click "Add content" at the top of the editor.
  2. Choose the day where the new item belongs.
  3. Choose the type of content, such as activity, hotel, transport, or note.
  4. Write the content.
  5. Click "Add block".

Add or change photos

  1. Click the block that needs a photo.
  2. Click the photo icon if it appears for that block.
  3. Choose an image from the Media Library.
  4. Click the save button for the image or block.

Check hotels, price, and documents

  1. Click "Hotels" and review hotel names, photos, room notes, and warnings.
  2. Click "Price" and check the amount, currency, inclusions, exclusions, taxes, and disclaimer.
  3. Click "Documents" and check that the traveler documents are correct.

Preview and publish

  1. Click "Preview" to open the traveler page in a new tab.
  2. Check the page on a phone-sized screen if possible.
  3. Return to the editor tab.
  4. Click "Publish".
  5. Read the final checklist.
  6. Click "Publish now" only when everything is correct.

Before you send to a client

  1. Dates are correct.
  2. Traveler name is correct.
  3. Hotels and room details are correct.
  4. Price and currency are correct.
  5. Photos look right.
  6. Contact details are correct.
  7. Preview looks good on a phone.
  8. The trip has been published after your latest changes.

Notes

  • Draft means changes only your team can see. Publish means update what the client sees.
  • Organization logos and account manager profile details are applied automatically from Organization/Profile settings.
